Rest assured, we are more than willing to facilitate returns and exchanges for hair extensions that remain unopened, unworn, and undamaged.

At Helene Hair Extensions, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed, regardless of the shipping option you choose at checkout. Our shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note, even if you opt for express shipping, we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.
